CS Vishhal Arorah is the Managing Partner of the Firm and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), holding a Bachelor’s degree in Law. With over two decades of rich and diverse professional experience, he has developed deep expertise across a wide spectrum of corporate and regulatory domains. He possesses extensive knowledge in Company Law matters, including advisory on corporate structuring, governance frameworks, and regulatory compliance under the Companies Act, 2013. His proficiency in conducting Due Diligence and Secretarial Audits ensures that organizations maintain robust compliance systems and adhere to best governance practices.

CS Vishhal Arorah has significant experience in handling matters related to Liquidation and Insolvency, guiding clients through complex restructuring and winding-up processes. He is well-versed in FEMA regulations and has advised on cross-border transactions, foreign investments, and exchange control compliances. His expertise also extends to obtaining Government and Regulatory Approvals, including liaising with various authorities for seamless execution of corporate actions.

In addition, he has handled a wide range of SEBI-related matters, including compliance with Listing Regulations, takeover codes, and capital market transactions. His strategic approach, combined with practical insights, enables him to deliver effective solutions tailored to client needs. He is also actively involved in mentoring teams, representing clients before regulatory authorities, and providing end-to-end advisory on corporate legal and compliance matters.

CS Rishu Bansal is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and holds a degree in Bachelors of Law and has an experience of more than 8 years in handling diversified assignments like drafting and documentation, conducting of Committee Meeting(s), Board Meeting(s) and General Meeting(s), drafting of Annual Reports, Secretarial Audits, Scrutinizer Reports, incorporation of private and public companies including foreign subsidiaries, compounding of offences, XBRL filings, FLA Filings, GST Registration and Filings, shifting of Registered Office from one state to another, drafting and filing of various e-forms, Liaison with government departments etc.
