CS Vishhal Arorah has significant experience in handling matters related to Liquidation and Insolvency, guiding clients through complex restructuring and winding-up processes. He is well-versed in FEMA regulations and has advised on cross-border transactions, foreign investments, and exchange control compliances. His expertise also extends to obtaining Government and Regulatory Approvals, including liaising with various authorities for seamless execution of corporate actions.
In addition, he has handled a wide range of SEBI-related matters, including compliance with Listing Regulations, takeover codes, and capital market transactions.
